動感ZUMBA有氧

期二這時候是另一面的我,2015年7月開始參加Zumba 有氧課,原因來自一個「任性~賭氣~不服輸」的由來,後面會有故事告訴大家,想試試看自己是否可以肢體協調跳舞,現實就是真的難難難,有一句話「台上一分鐘,台下十年功」,我真的深深感受到,要把舞跳好真的不簡單,星期二的有氧是可以讓我紓壓的1小時,在高壓力護理重症ICU工作下,真的抗壓性要很高,這個 Coke Lee 老師,總是不按牌理出牌,上課會讓我們大喊出來,轉眼間會釋放些壓力,學護理最討厭上「解剖學」,但是還是要解說一下,長時間維持運動狀態下,引起腦中的物質,就是β腦內啡(β-endorphin),多分佈於神經系統中,能夠為人體帶來快樂的感覺。一但人體開始分泌腦內啡,馬上就會湧起幸福感。也可以促進多巴胺(Dopamine)的分泌,血清素同樣也受運動影響,而且是穩定情緒、克制衝動與提升自尊心的重要元素,它還能跟皮質醇(cortisol)互相拮抗,幫助我們釋放壓力,並且增加大腦的學習重鎮皮質區(Cortex)與海馬迴(Hippocampus)裡的細胞連結。所以還是要安排適當的運動喔!接下來還是讓大家看看我5年來的Zumba有氧舞~分享給大家~笑一下。
